Not Friday, Mid-Evenings, and the SI Comedy Fest

I have a few announcements to make this week, so I'll get right to it. First of all, we have an amazing show lined up for Monday night. Here's all the info:

NOT FRIDAY - free stand-up comedy on Monday, June 21st at 8:00 PM. It all happens every Monday night at Aces and Eights, Avenue A and 3rd Street, New York, NY. The show is produced by myself, James Harris, and Adam Pateman. We have new drink specials! $5 gets you 2 Bud Lights or 2 mixed drinks. Check out the amazing comics we have on the show this week:

Matt McCarthy (Comedy Central)

Mark Normand (Bridgetown Comedy Festival)

Michael Terry (The Onion)

This may be one of the best lineups we've ever had on the show, so don't miss it!

In other news, Mid-Evenings is returning with 2 shows this month! Mid-Evenings is a live talk show hosted by Jay Miller, and I've been writing and producing videos for this show for almost a year now.

First, we have a free show sponsored by COAHSI at Martini Red, 372 Van Duzer Street, Staten Island, NY on Saturday, June 19th at 9:00 PM. Seating is very limited, so get there early.

The second show is part of the Staten Island Comedy Festival, and it takes place on Wednesday, June 23rd at 8:00 PM at VMH Playhouse in Snug Harbor, 1000 Richmond Terrace, Staten Island, NY. This is a big show and it usually sells out quickly, so grab your tickets now!

For more on the 3rd Annual Staten Island Comedy Festival, check out this week's article in the Staten Island Advance, featuring an interview with Julian McCullough.

NOT FRIDAY with Sean Patton, Louie Katz, and Phil Hanley

Last Monday was Memorial Day, and I wasn't able to perform at Not Friday.  Instead, I spent the day betting on horses with my grandfather, a WWII veteran.  Adam Pateman wasn't at the show last week either.  He was in Canada, and he probably spent Memorial Day doing something very un-American, such as betting on Canadian horses with a Canadian grandparent.  James Harris hosted the show with special guest Anthony DeVito, and I heard it went great (according to James Harris).  I want to thank Nick Turner, Claudia Cogan, Neal Stastny, and Mike Drucker for doing the show.  I'm sorry I wasn't there.

This week Adam and I return to Not Friday, a free weekly comedy show we co-produce with our good friend and lover, James Harris.  It all happens at 8:00 PM every Monday night at Aces and Eights, 34 Avenue A and 3rd Street, New York, NY (21 & up).

We now offer new two-for-one drink specials!  $5 for 2 Bud Lights or 2 mixed drinks.  You also get the following amazing lineup:

Sean Patton (Comedy Central, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon)
Louie Katz (HBO)
Phil Hanley (Tonight Show with Jay Leno)

I'll see you at the show!
